We do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Confirming your order and tracking shipments:
If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order, you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment. For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground or Express shipping. We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 3 business days on most products (note: Baby Einstein products usually ship out within 7-10 days). Because of this, Express is not usually necessary. This passes on the savings to you. Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge, it will be noted for your attention.) We use various shippers to keep the costs down. Standard shipments leave via DHL, UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS and will arrive within approximately 1-5 business days of shipment. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit.
We are UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING DESTINATIONS:
* Canada
* Alaska & Hawaii
* P. O. Box (a physical address is required)
* APO / FPO (military addresses)
* Internationally (overseas or outside the 48 contiguous United States)
We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit.
THE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE:
· 0 - $74.99 = $8.95 (FLAT RATE)
· $75.00+ = Free Ground Shipping
Keep in mind that incorrect "ship to" addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re-pickup, if necessary, usually $10.00.
For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order while en route.
RETURNS
New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for refund of the product(s) purchase price, unless otherwise noted. (We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be refunded minus what the actual ship charge was).
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
· The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.
· It has not been personalized in any way by CuteBabyGiftShop.com or others.
· All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
· A Return Authorization has been provided from CuteBabyGiftShop.com. A Return Authorization can be found by emailing sales@cutebabygiftshop.com.
SALES TAX
There is no sales tax unless the recipient’s address is located in the State of Texas.
